Can't you leave anymore?
If you cancel your reservation:
UP TO 30 DAYS prior to your stay, we will refund the full amount (€15 will be retained for administrative costs).
AFTER 30 DAYS prior to your stay, we will issue a voucher to be used for future bookings of at least equal value within the following year.
PLEASE NOTE: If you cancel within 7 days prior to check-in, the voucher will only be issued upon presentation of a valid reason for cancellation (illness); if you cancel within 72 hours prior to check-in, the deposit will be forfeited and no voucher will be issued.
The voucher cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
